Well, I am happy to say I finally got time to do some crafting!
Didn't get everything I wanted done because I have a 1 year old and because I had to make a 45 minute trip to JoAnn for no reason what so ever (to see if they have anything new from yesterday duuuuuh).
I'm sorry I have been so absent lately... it's been a busy 2 weeks that Brent has had off. But, tomorrow it is back to the real world and I will have much more time to spend crafting and blogging with you guys (all 2 of you who read this).
Here are the 2 things I got done tonight (with some luck maybe I will do more--probably not though let's be real).
A minky blanket for my little man. Don't you ever hope the blankets you make for your kids will be the one's they are obsessed with? Has that ever happened for you?
Another thing I attempted was some Grow With Me Harem Pants. They turned out great but were a little too small for my son's ankles. :( He was able to be an awesome model of them and my messy messy house (and my fiance's hairy toes. I promise those toes aren't mine >.>).
I did kind of use a pattern I found online, but not really seeing as I couldn't print it--dumb printer ran out of ink-- and my computer died halfway through the process. However, the link is here. I also didn't use the same fabric as she suggested if you can't tell. I wanted to make mine from fleece for Remi to stay warm and also because I had the fabric laying around.
The MAN doesn't like me buying fabric all the time... you know how it is I'm sure.
Want me to try making something? Leave a comment, only things I'm scared to try are scary things.
